Roger W. Hall

Roger W. "Joe" Hall, 64, of Springvale, died unexpectedly on Friday, July 24th while visiting his neighbors in Springvale.Joe was born in Rochester, New Hampshire on March 15, 1945 to the late Frank and Beatrice (Welch) Hall. Joe enjoyed going to fairs and on family outings with Bob Sr. and Mary Jane Frechette. He loved people and people loved him. Although Joe was mentally handicapped he lived on his own and was a very proud and happy man. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends and will be remembered as a kind and loving man.Surviving are a sister, Georgia Sargent of Springvale; a brother, Basil Locke of Sanford; his guardians Robert Sr. and Mary Jane Frechette of Sanford and several nieces, nephews and cousins.Visiting hours will be held at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street in Springvale on Monday, July 27th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 28th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
