Roland H. Guertin

Roland H. Guertin, 68, of Sanford passed away on Friday August 9, 2013 in Springvale. He was born on January 21, 1945 a son of the late Leo and Jeanne (Mailhot) Guertin. He attended local Sanford schools.Roland retired from WASCO products where he had been employed for many years as a supervisor. He was a 3rd Degree member of the Knights of Columbus as well as a member of the Sanford Elk's Lodge.He is predeceased by his parents as well as one brother, Roger Guertin.He is survived by one son, David Guertin and his wife, Sandy of Sanford, two grandchildren, Derek and Kayla, two sisters, Gloria Lebel and her husband, Eugene of Sanford, Patricia Desrochers and her husband, Armand of Sanford.Visiting hours will be on Monday from 6 to 8PM at the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter Street, Sanford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10AM at St. Therse of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church.
