Jerilyn Gouin

Jerilyn Gouin, 47, of Sanford, passed away at her home on Tuesday December 12, 2006. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, on August 24, 1959, a daughter of Gerard and Gertrude (Hamel) Helmich.She graduated from the University of South Carolina. For 10 years she was employed by the District Attorney's Office, due to health reasons she had to relinquish her position. She had also been employed at the Alfred Veterinary Clinic. During her spare time she enjoyed parasailing and gardening.She is predeceased by her father, Gerard Helmich. She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Ron J. Gouin of Sanford, her mother, Gertrude Price of Arizona, sister, Jill Hemlich, of Texas, brother, Jim Helmich of Dover, NH, stepdaughters, Debbie Burtsell and Donna Chapais, stepson, David (Gouin) Wormwood, four stepgrandchildren and one nephew.Funeral services will be at a later date.Arrangements are under the direction of the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter Street, Sanford, Maine.To leave the family a message of condolence please use the "condolences" tab to the left
