Debra Goodwin

Debra A. Goodwin, 43, of Springvale, passed away on Thursday July 19, 2007 at the Newton Center. She was born in Limerick on November 19, 1963, a daughter of Edward and Violet (Chase) O'Brien.She enjoyed the Red Sox and the Pats. She also enjoyed going to the beach and spending time in northern Maine. She also enjoyed playing scrabble, shooting pool and spending time with Jesse her beagle. She was a member of the Sanford Elk's Lodge, the Springvale Social Club and the Sanford American Legion Auxillary.She is predeceased by her parents, Edward and Violet O'Brien, her brothers, Shane O'Brien, Scott O'Brien and Jeff O'Brien. She is survived by her husband, Eric Goodwin of Springvale, two daughters Misty Richardson of Vermont and Katie Beddow of Springvale, one grandson Jaiden, two brothers, Mike O'Brien and his wife, Diane and Duke O'Brien and his wife, Connie, one sister, Tammy Romano.Visiting hour will take place on Wednesday, July 25th from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. at the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter Street in Sanford. A funeral procession will depart from the funeral home at 10:15 A.M. to the Highland Annex Cemetery in Limerick with a graveside service taking place at 11 :00A.M..Arrangements are under the direction of the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter Street in Sanford.In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to the Maine Children's Cancer Program 100 Campus Drive, Scarborough, Maine 04074-9308To leave the family a message of condolence please use the "condolences" tab to the left.
