Eugene F. Foss

Eugene F. Foss, 41, of Sanford, died at his home on Sunday, September 14, 2008.Eugene was born in Biddeford on December 6, 1966 to Eugene and Rebecca Kimball Foss and attended local schools. He had worked as a wood cutter.Eugene was a kind hearted and giving person who would give anybody the shirt off of his back. His heart was always in the right place and he had a great love of children. He liked to hunt and was a collector of antique convertible cars. He also enjoyed playing pool on Friday nights at the VFW Hall in Sanford. He will be remembered as a kind and loving brother, uncle and nephew and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Eugene was predeceased by his parents.Surviving are two brothers, Fred and Brad Foss of Biddeford and two sisters, Lisa Foss of Biddeford and Elodie Foss of Newport.A memorial gathering will be held at a later date.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Maine Children's Cancer Program, 100 US Route 1 - Unit 107, Scarborough, ME 04074.
