Susan Coy

Susan Tracy Coy, 43, of Sanford died as a result of an accident on April 28, 2008. Susan was born July 6, 1964 to Norma and Ralph Thornton. She had lived in Sanford as well as many other places along the East Coast. She had friends from all walks of life and brought sunshine and happiness wherever she went. She was loving, affectionate, and wore her heart on her shirtsleeve. She was a loyal friend to many.Susan helped out at soup kitchens, homeless shelters, and was formally a cook at the Preble Street Resource Center in Portland.She is survived by her parents of Virginia, children of Virginia, a sister of Virginia, and dear friend, Gail Urguhart of Sanford.May she rest in peace and forever watch over us, until we meet again.Services for Susan are being held in Virginia. Arrangements are being handled by the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, Springvale.
