Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Dear Norman and Rita, Pat and Marsha, Sue and Arturo, and all the grand kids, great-grand kids, and great-great grand kids, Our hearts are heavy hearing about Aunt Gette’s passing. Some of my favourite memories as a child were spent in Aunt Gette and Uncle Marcel’s home – it was always a loving and fun place. Aunt Gette always made me feel loved and special and my memories of standing on her table as she traced my feet on paper and within minutes crocheting pea-shoes for me and playing Yahtzee with her always make me smile. I hope in time your hearts heal a bit more and that your cherished memories make you smile. Sending our love and strength to you all. Love always, Brenda Michaud, Shayne and Olivia (from Sydney, Australia

  2. Cousins Sue, Norman and Patrick. Sorry to hear abut your Mom’s passing. One thing about Aunt Gette, you always knew where you stood in the scheme of things. She may have been blunt in what she said, but it was always the truth, you had to love her for that. She will surely be missed. Sending my heart felt prayers and condolences to you and your families at this time. Sorry I could not make it to the visiting hours to pay my respects, I am down with a bad cold and I am unsure if I will be at funeral, know that I will be with you all in spirit.
