Mr. Boynton, Your love and humor and persistent care in the education of our son will never be forgotten and will be felt daily. Isaac rested in confidence knowing you were there to help him. He trusted and adored you and that is a gift few people have the power of sharing with a teenager. But all the kids who knew you loved you and you have helped so many… including Isaacs Dad, Josh. You are sorely missed and we pray you are peaceful in your rest. Thank you for all you the care and understanding you gave. With sadness, The Sobey Family

In middle school back in the late 70’s, I was privileged to have Mr. Boynton as my math teacher. He had the perfect mix of humor and discipline, not to mention a bit of sarcasm. He is one of those teachers that I will always remember… although I may not remember all of the geometry proofs. Rest in peace, Mr. B. I hope I’m the kind of math teacher that my students remember, too.
