SOUTH PORTLAND - Patricia A. (Greenier) Blackadar, 70, died Tuesday January 22, 2013 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. She was born February 12, 1942, in Van Buren a daughter of Arthur and Pauline (Tardiff) Greenier. Patricia attended of St. Dominic's Grammar School, and Cathedral High School. She was an avid crafter, loved to garden, and was a dedicated Red Sox fan. She enjoyed a career in the service industry with Shaw's Super Market's, the Holiday Inn, and the Hawaiian Hut. She will always be remembered as loving mother, and grandmother. Patricia was predeceased by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband Robert Blackadar of South Portland; daughter, Michele Murphy and her husband Dan of South Portland; sons, Christopher Blackadar and his wife Natalie Serrage, of Salem, MA, and Aaron Blackadar and his wife Jennatha of South Portland; sister Nancy Billington of Portland; and five grandchildren, Robert, Katie, Jack, Liberty, and Kathleen. Visiting hours will be held 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Conroy-Tully Crawford South Portland Chapel, 1024 Broadway, South Portland. Prayers will be recited 8:15 a.m. Friday at the South Portland Chapel followed by a 9:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Church 611 Main Street, South Portland.
