I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom- Helen and Ron were great next door neighbors to me and my family for many years. I remember them sharing firewood from the camper for our firepits and always a box of red hot dogs from jordans for letting them use our driveway to park the camper…I always said you don’t need to do that but Helen always insisted to do that for us… Your Mom was a good listener…she helped me through some rough times as we would sit and talk outside in her driveway at times. Take care and again my condolences Liz Ruarke 8(11) State Ave Cape Elizabeth

The many members of Southern Maine Women’s Golf Association owe your mother and a few other pioneering women a huge thank you. They started an organization that has endured through their leadership and love of golf. We, like she did, spend many hours, on the golf course, competing and enjoying life.
