South Portland - Kevin C. Kenney, 23, passed away on January 10, 2023 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Kevin was born on May 30, 1999 in South Portland, Maine. He was the son of Tina Kenney and Christopher Fowler.
He was a graduate of South Portland High School. He could always be found holding his mirror or wearing his baseball hats. He enjoyed being with his friends and family, going for walks, and simply being outside, especially if it was at Fort Williams or Bug Light. Throughout his short but impactful life, Kevin had many struggles. However, his entire family supported him, cared for him and nurtured him. His mother, above all else, dedicated her entire life to being the best mom she absolutely could be for Kevin. He adored her and loved her so much. Kevin will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his mother, Tina Kenney; father, Christopher Fowler & wife,Lisa ; siblings, Corey Whitney, Riley Cruz and Austin Cruz. He's also survived by his maternal Nana who he had a great affection for, Susan Kenney; paternal grandparents, Lisa and William "Billy" Fowler; cousins, aunts, uncles, tons of friends and honorary siblings & family.
Visiting Hours celebrating Kevin's life will be held on Friday, January 20 from 3-5PM with a 5PM funeral service the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home, 1024 Broadway, South Portland. Interment will be held in the spring. A celebration of his life will be held on May 27 from 12-5PM at the Westbrook American Legion Post 62, 17 Dunn St, Westbrook, ME 04092. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family by donating at the Go Fund Me listed here on his Remembrance Page.

Im so sorry that Kevin passed, he was such a great guy, he was fun to be with/around. He’s a brave and strong guy. I miss him lots.
