Kathy and I were so sad to hear the news of Joanne’s passing. She was the salt of the earth and just a wonderful human being. We are forever grateful to her for the time she spent with my mother after my father’s passing. I’ll also never forget how she made a point of keeping an eye on my boys at lunchtime when she worked at Brown School. We will deeply miss her and the uplifting smile she always wore. Rest in peace sweet lady.

Oh such a GREAT lady. I am SO SORRY for your loss, David and Laura. Your Mom was always so good to me and I shall never forget her kindness and sassy spirit. The last time I saw her, my husband and I dropped in, one of the few times we did, unexpectedly on Christmas Eve to deliver cookies, because I knew you both were living away, and she was always so gracious and full of Joy and she got a kick out Jon. She used to visit me here where I live now, back when you cousin, Theresa, lived on my street and your Mom was babysitting her son. I regret not visiting her in the past few years. She always did and always will have a place in my heart. God Bless you all and take care. Much Love, Sue

I am so sorry to hear about Joanne’s passing. She was such a nice, kind hearted lady. She was so kind to my mother, Barbara in her final years. Joanne would spend time with her and take her out on little adventures. I saw Joanne many times at the assisted living facility when I would visit. You could tell how much my mother enjoyed her visits and seemed to recognize her even when we weren’t sure if she recognized us. I am so grateful to her and will miss her.
