Sister Mary Louise was the Pharmacology Instructor at The Mercy Hospital School of Nursing for many years. As an educator, she gave us a solid background on which to build as we practiced our Profession over the years. We had and still have great respect for this wonderful woman. She was an Honorary member of The Mercy Hospital School of Nursing and attended our reunions to celebrate with us yearly. When her name was announced, a standing ovation was instantaneous. We will miss her as we gather for our annual celebration in September. When The Lord called her home, He left a gift of memories in exchange. We will celebrate her wonderful life. Remembering her with love, warmth and respect. Ann Marie Gomez Cady RN Class of 59 and The Mercy Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association.

My memories of this fine person are nothing but good and kind. Sister Louise was God send to all who came in contact with her. My parents and my mother in law thought nothing but good things for this wonderful woman of faith. Sister is now in heaven looking over all of us. Mere words cannot do justice in describing this wonderful person. So sorry for your loss.

Sr. Louise was a great lady. I graduated from Mercy in 1965 and worked there for 10 years. She was always kind to me and helpful. I was away from home in Lincoln and very homesick. She was always ready to lend a ear. She taught my pharmacy course. I will try to get to Portland for services. My dad was Ted Landry. I know this wonderful religious lady is in heavin.

Sr. Louise was one of my favored Sisters to serve at the Francis Warde Convent. She was a true Sister of Mercy in every aspect. We had some wonderful talks and laughs while caring for her. I did feel honored to care for the most loving, joyful, kind, caring and dignified Sister. Aufwiedersehn (Until we meet again) Sr. Louise. My heartfelt Condolence to the entire Family.
