My Dear Gina and family!I am so sorry for your loss of your dad!My heart is broken. Richie has been a second father to me since the age of 13. He and Jeanette treated me as one of their own. I could always turn to them for guidance throughout my young life. Ritchie was an amazing man. I will miss him terribly. He is now smiling in Heaven with his wife and best friend Jeannette!I love you Richie!Mikalina

Emery and family,I was so sorry to see your Dad’s passing in the paper this week. I feel honored to have known him. I especially enjoyed needling him while he was doing the masonry work at our new home in Falmouth. I can’t repeat his famous reply……but I think you know what it is! I considered him a man of his word and he truly was “one of a kind”. He will be missed.Take care and my condolences,Brad

Dear Emery and Gina/families:The obituary and Mass for your dad was just lovely. It was a beautiful tribute to him; he would be so proud!!We have so many wonderful memories of both your dadand mother. Their door was always open for family andfriends and you could never leave until we were fed. When Dan and I were building our first starter home,he and Uncle John would help my dad with the masonrywork and never would take a payment. He always encouragedand supported his nieces and nephews and wanted the bestfor them!!One other funny story, was he called me and said he had twobeautiful black and white rabbits for the children. I told himabsolutely not; he still comes out with the rabbits, 2 cages andpellets. I could have killed him!! Once the boys and Allysonsaw them, there was no going back. We all finally loved themand they were with us for several years. We could not stay mad athim and will be greatly missed.Love,Vera
