SOUTH BERWICK - Anthony A. Delmolino, 67, of South Berwick formerly of Cumberland, died Monday October 7, 2013 at Hyder Family Hospice in Dover New Hampshire, following a long illness. He was born in Westfield, MA a son of Aldo S. and Carmela Greco Delmolino. Anthony was a 1964 graduate of Cranwell Prep School in Lenox, MA and a 1969 graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University in Utica, NY. Anthony served stateside with the Army during the Vietnam War. Following his military service Anthony began a 38 year career in the retail department store business with Sears. Over the years he held numerous managerial positions with the company throughout the northeast in Maine New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Until earlier this year, Anthony was serving as the store manager of K-Mart in Braintree, MA. In 1993, Anthony married the former Dorothy A. Tetreau in South Portland. Anthony worked many hours in the field of retail but spent much of his time off doing family activities which included hiking, golf and skiing. For several years he and his family enjoyed boating on Casco Bay. Survivors include his wife Dorothy A. Delmolino of South Berwick; a daughter, Sara Delmolino of Roanoke, VA; two step-daughters, Elizabeth MacCarthy and Kerry MacCarthy of South Berwick; a brother Dante Delmolino of Great Barrington, MA; a grandson Zaiden Rice of Roanoke, VA. Funeral services for Anthony will be private with burial in Calvary Cemetery, South Portland. Arrangements are being handled by Conroy-Tully Crawford Funeral Home, 172 State Street, Portland.
