SOUTH PORTLAND - Ann "Noonan" M. Conley, 83, died Friday, June 7, 2013, at Gosnell Memorial Hospice. She was born in Portland on May 29, 1930. She attended local schools and graduated from South Portland High School, class of 1948. She married Martin J. Conley on August 15, 1964, at Holy Cross Church in South Portland. She worked as a retail clerk at local stores; including, Boston Shoe Store, The Globe, Cookies Variety, and Lamey Wellehan. Ann was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed quiet home life. She was an avid Red Sox fan and loved animals, especially dogs and cats. She is predeceased by her husband who died July 18, 2002; a sister, Rita Noonan; and a brother, Buddy Noonan. She is survived by two daughters, Ann M. Conley of South Portland and Mary E. Cyr of Portland; and two grandchildren, Henry M. Cyr and Franklin P. Cyr of South Portland. Memorial donations may be made to Camp Meridian, c/o WDH HF, 789 Central Ave., Dover, NH 03820. Prayers will be recited at 9:15 am, Tuesday, June 11, at Conroy-Tully Crawford South Portland Chapel, 1024 Broadway, South Portland, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am, at St. John the Evangelist Church, 611 Main Street, South Portland.
