Norman McKone

Norman "Mac" McKone, 84, passed away peacefully at his home on Cliff Island, Maine on Sunday, August 9, 2020 after a long battle with COPD. He was born in Manchester, New Hampshire and raised in Dover, New Hampshire. After honorably serving in the United States Army, he joined the U.S. State Department and proudly served in the U.S. Foreign Service for 45 years. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Judith; their three sons, Stephen and wife Robyn, Owen and Mark. At his request, there will be no funeral or memorial ceremonies. Donations in his memory can be sent to the Cliff Island Memorial Fund. Arrangements are under the direction of the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home of Portland.
