  5. I will miss Ann very much especially while spending time in Maine. She has been such a great part of our extended family, my Aunt Louise Sessler was a co-worker in the operating room at Franklin Memorial. I loved spending time with her camping, or at the camp in Rangley or a the Sessler farm in Colrain. She even pierced my ears when I was still a teenager many years ago. She will be missed greatly, Ann have a lobster or two with Louise.

  7. I was always grateful to Ann for welcoming me into the Greenfield medical community in 1970. I enjoyed her good humor and no-nonsense approach to medical/patient issues. I soon came to learn that her competence as an anesthesiologist was unparalleled. I had many children as patients requiring surgery. She administered anesthesia accompanied by her story of Peter Rabbit going on a picnic – no struggle or tears – patient care of the best kind. I will always recall with pleasure her smile and her hearty laughter
