PORTLAND - Catherine Revie, 62, of Portland, died September 18, 2013 at her residence. She was born January 4, 1951 in Portland, a daughter of Francis Emery and Anna L. McCarthy Filieo. She was educated locally and was a graduate of McAuley High School. She graduated as an x-ray technician from Mercy Hospital. Catherine was a life communicant of St. Joseph's Church. She married Bruce H. Revie at St. Joseph's Church on May 20, 1972. Catherine worked for Mercy Hospital for eight years before starting her family. When her family was grown, she worked 10 years for Listen Up call center before retiring. She enjoyed playing golf, fishing, and spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren. Catherine was predeceased by her parents; a brother, Roger Filieo and a sister, Alice Haskell. Surviving are: her husband Bruce of Portland; a daughter, Christine A Samiquer and her husband Diego of California; a son, Michael B. Revie and his wife Sandra of Standish; a sister, Barbara Mamoine and her husband Leo of VA; two brothers, Thomas Filieo and his wife Mary of Hollis, John Filieo and his wife Maryann of FL and three grandchildren, Tyler, Mathew and Emma Revie of Standish. Visiting hours will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m, Monday, September 23 at Conroy-Tully Crawford Funeral Home, 172 State Street, Portland. Prayers will be recited at 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home, followed by a 9:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph's Church, 673 Stevens Avenue, Portland.
