Scarborough-Douglas A. Hall, 71, of Robinson Road, died Saturday, December 6, 2014, at his home. He was born in Portland on April 1, 1943, a son of Leslie A. and Christine O. (Hawkes) Hall. He attended Portland schools and graduated from Deering High school, class of 1961. He continued his education at the University of Maine Portland Campus and received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He married Karen L. McKeough on June 4, 1966, at St. Dominics Church in Portland. Douglas worked for W.T. Grants in retail Management for years before moving on to accounting and human resource management field for Ellis Paperboard, DG Machine Products. He was an avid golfer and 50 year member of Riverside Municipal Golf Course where he was a former city champion. In 2012, he was inducted into the University of Maine Golf Hall of Fame. He also enjoyed drawing, painting, and trips to Oxford Casino. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years; two sons, Christopher A. Hall and wife Lucy of Biddeford and David T. Hall and wife Courtney of Windham; a sister, Janice Risbara and husband Frank of Scarborough; a grandchild, Taylor Hall of Windham; three brothers in law, Wayne McKeough and wife Sarah of North Carolina, Richard McKeough and wife Hazel of South Portland, and Hugh McKeough and wife Kathy of Westbrook; a sister in law, Ann Jacobs and husband Matthew of Texas; and many nieces and nephews.
